  • *A 50% deposit is required on all Lodging and Rental reservations. If either of the lodging or rental reservation is canceled 30 days prior to your arrival date (for any reason) you will receive a 50% refund of the total deposit. *If any portion of the confirmed reservation is canceled within 30 days of your arrival date or during your stay, the total 50% deposit will be forfeited.
    
    
  • To make your stay as pleasurable as possible, we ask that you respect our policies and follow house rules. Please note that:
    • All accommodations are absolutely “smoke free” and a fine of $100 will be charged, should we be required to create a new “smoke free” environment for our next guests.
    • No alcohol may be brought onto Crooked Creek property during your stay.
    • No Pets are allowed.

Please Note: Per Wyoming State Law, individuals must be at least 16 years of age with proof of a Valid Drivers License to drive a rented ATV.

Please Note: Children must be at least 6-8 years of age, capable of controlling their horse safely and with confidence and obtain approval from the wrangler and/or management to trail ride. For those that are younger or unable safely and confidently to control the horse themselves, we are happy to allow them to be led around on the ranch property to gain the experience and confidence they need for the next trip.
